Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of personal care products, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
If your order arrives unopened and in its original, sealed packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item:

- Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Once verified, we will happily send a replacement or process a full refund to your original payment method at no extra cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they have been fulfilled and shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please email us immediately with your order number.
