Thank you for choosing BEIRSKN. We take great care in hand-crafting and packaging your botanical skincare items. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Standard Shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $25.00 within the continental U.S.

Summer / Warm Weather Shipping Note

Because our soaps are made with natural plant oils and zero synthetic hardeners, prolonged exposure to extreme heat during transit may soften the bars. We recommend retrieving your delivery promptly upon arrival. Softened soap is completely safe to use—simply place it in a cool place to firm back up.

Order Tracking & Delivery

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available via the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and items and email us immediately at Beirskn@gmail.com.

Incorrect Address: BEIRSKN is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details prior to placing your order.

We currently only ship within the US.
